Independent Retail Community Initiatives Inc (IRCI) believes independent retail has a vital role in shaping the identity and culture of the communities in which they operate. IRCI's mission is to (a) elevate the history of independent retail by informing the community of its importance in maintaining a vibrant society, and (b) strengthen, unify, and empower independent retail to further contribute to the collective economic, cultural, and social growth of the communities in which they operate.
